1. Overview & Scope

Hope AI is an AI-powered virtual receptionist and business assistant application that helps automate inbound call handling, reminders, tasks, meetings, calendar events, and operational notifications.

The Application generates transactional SMS notifications that are delivered only to the mobile number explicitly registered and opted in by the account owner within the authenticated Hope AI application.

Hope AI does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or third-party messages. SMS messages are generated only in response to application events or user-configured notifications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate Hope AI and provide its services.

Account Information

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Login credentials

Mobile Phone Number

The mobile number voluntarily provided by the account owner for receiving transactional SMS notifications.

Application Data

Hope AI may process information generated or managed within the application, including:

  • AI-generated call summaries

  • Tasks

  • Calendar events

  • Meetings

  • Reminders

  • Notes

  • User preferences

Connected Services

If you choose to connect third-party services such as email or calendar providers, Hope AI may access only the information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Technical Information

Including but not limited to:

  • Device information

  • Browser information

  • IP address

  • Login history

  • Error logs

  • SMS delivery status

  • Usage analytics

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to operate and improve Hope AI.

This includes:

  • Providing AI receptionist functionality

Hope AI uses Twilio to deliver transactional SMS notifications.

Hope AI does not send:

Recipient

SMS notifications are sent only to the mobile number that has been explicitly registered within the authenticated Hope AI application.

Consent

The account owner provides explicit consent by:

  • Entering a mobile phone number within the authenticated Hope AI application; and

  • Manually selecting an SMS consent checkbox before SMS notifications are enabled.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected.

Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of purchasing or using Hope AI.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on:

  • Incoming calls

  • Tasks

  • Meetings

  • Calendar events

  • Configured reminders

  • Application activity

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

You may also disable SMS notifications within the Hope AI application.

Mobile Information

No mobile information, SMS consent records, or opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate Hope AI and deliver SMS messages, including Twilio.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
