These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hope AI application ("Hope AI," "the Application," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Hope AI, you ("you," "user," or "account administrator") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.
1. The Service
Hope AI is an AI-powered virtual receptionist and business assistant application designed to help automate inbound call handling and operational notifications. The Application provides features including AI-generated call summaries, reminders, calendar notifications, task notifications, meeting reminders, and other account-related notifications.
Transactional SMS notifications are generated automatically by the Application and delivered only to mobile numbers that have been explicitly registered and opted in within the authenticated Hope AI application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that any mobile number registered within Hope AI belongs to you or that you are authorized to receive SMS notifications at that number.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hope AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Use Hope AI to send marketing, promotional, spam, or unsolicited SMS messages.
Register a mobile number without authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the Application except where permitted by law.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Hope AI delivers transactional SMS notifications using Twilio and other authorized messaging providers.
Consent
By registering your mobile number within the authenticated Hope AI application and manually selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS notifications from Hope AI.
The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected and requires your affirmative action before SMS notifications are enabled.
Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of purchasing or using Hope AI.

Hope AI may send transactional SMS notifications including:
AI-generated call summaries
Task reminders
Meeting reminders
Calendar reminders
Operational account notifications
Hope AI does not send:
Marketing messages
Promotional messages
Advertising
Third-party content
Bulk messaging
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on:
Incoming calls
Application activity
Configured reminders
Calendar events
Tasks
Meetings
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
You may also disable SMS notifications within the Hope AI application.
After opting out, a final confirmation message may be sent before messaging stops.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Keeping your mobile number current.
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
All activity performed under your account.
6. Privacy
Your use of Hope AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Hope AI does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
Hope AI may rely on third-party providers, including cloud hosting providers, SMS delivery providers, email providers, calendar providers, and other integrated services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Hope AI and all associated software, trademarks, designs, documentation, and content are owned by Hope AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the Application.
9. Service Availability
Although we strive to provide reliable service, Hope AI is provided on an "as available" basis.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hope AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful delivery of every SMS notification.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hope AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hope AI and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may discontinue use of Hope AI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the Application is used unlawfully.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of Hope AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your State/Country].
